OUR INTRODUCTION
From 1997-2019, we have been Manufacturing Mass Textile Products for the Global Textile Industry, where from 2020 onwards, together with our Global R&D Partners we have been conducting Research into Cleaning up the Global Textile waste, while transforming it into added value products.
In 2020 our Long term Partner in Textile Manufacturing established the Technology and Environmentally friendly New Material Factory, specialized in the Manufacturing of Textile Fiber Panels, committed to the Research and Production of Waste utilization and Environmental protection.
Covering a Total Factory area of 18,000 square meters with advanced fully automatic production lines, it is currently the only enterprise in the World mechanically producing regenerated Textile Fiber Panels, in a clean and scalable manner.
By innovatively reusing textile waste, the first regenerated Textile Fiber Panel production line has been independently developed and operating at full capacity since 2023, processing 100,000 tons of textile waste, producing 10,000,000 m2 of regenerated Textile Fiber Panels annually.
The Textile Fiber Panels are environmental friendly, durable and with high strength, replacing existing wood and wood based building panels in Compliance with the EU Test Standards for the Building Industry.

Dema is known for its expertise in the use of recycled materials. For example; the upholstery is made from recycled cotton and the frame of the furniture pieces from recycled wood.
